The company was founded in 2018 after investing and renovating our first project. Through the years we have been able to build a diverse and highly profitable portfolio. Since establishing the company we have invested in creating a unified team of experts working to achieve the maximum standards and profits for our investors and ourselves.

At Russell Property Holdings, we follow a structured approach to ensure every project is executed with precision and care. Our four-step process is designed to maximize investment value while minimizing risks, providing our clients with confidence in their property ventures.
Acquisition
Identify and acquire a suitable project based on the needs of the investor.
Evaluation
The proposals are then
evaluated by your own asset manager who will identify whether to repurpose, reconfigure or refurbish in order to increase value and
achieve your goals. We then negotiate and finalise the purchase with the agent or landlord.
Assessment
Upon completion of the first project, we then evaluate the market and investor(s) capabilities for further ventures.
Expansion
Going forward, we come together as a team to explore the acquisition of larger scale developments ensuring the retention of quality.
